Plain-language terms for buying and using the KRATOZ automated futures bot for NinjaTrader 8. By creating an account or completing a purchase you accept them.
What you buy
KRATOZ is a downloadable automated futures strategy for NinjaTrader 8, sold as a monthly membership: $75 USD per month for the first 50 founding members, who keep that rate for as long as their membership stays active, and $99 USD per month for everyone after. Your membership covers the bot, every version we release while it is active, and access to the private Discord.
Your license
Your license is for you alone. It lets you install and run the bot on one active computer at a time and your own trading accounts, and to download every future version from your account page. It does not let you resell, sublicense, bundle, or give the software to anyone else. Each license covers one person; if you want licenses for other traders, they buy their own.
What you may not do
Do not copy, share, publish, or redistribute the software or its files. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software except to configure the settings it exposes inside NinjaTrader 8. Do not use it on accounts you do not control, and do not resell or charge others to run it.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe in USD. Your membership renews automatically every month until you cancel, and each renewal charges the card on file. Cancel anytime from your account page: you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and are not charged again. If a renewal payment fails, access continues for a short grace period while we retry, then pauses until it succeeds. Your membership becomes active once payment is confirmed, and the download appears on your account page. Payments for this digital product are final once the download is available — see the refund policy for the narrow cases where we make things right, such as duplicate charges or an unusable file. A member who lets their membership lapse and later returns joins at the price in effect at that time.
Updates and compatibility
Future versions are included at no extra cost and appear in your account downloads. We keep the bot working with current versions of NinjaTrader 8, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every platform change, data provider, or brokerage configuration.
No trading advice, no performance promise
KRATOZ is software, not investment advice, and we are not a broker or financial adviser. We never promise profits, win rates, or returns, and we never operate or connect to your brokerage account. You run the bot yourself, on your own accounts, at your own risk. Read the futures risk disclosure before you trade.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials safe. Activity on your account counts as yours. If we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, or sharing of the software, we can suspend the license and access to updates while we look into it.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, KRATOZ is provided "as is" and we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, data issues, platform failures, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The effective date at the top of this page changes when we do. If a change is significant, we will highlight it in the Discord or by email.
