We want you to know exactly what you are buying and what happens after you pay.
All payments are final
KRATOZ is a digital download delivered to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed. Payments are final once your license is activated and paired with your machine. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; nothing is refunded for a period already paid.
Please read before you buy
Read the Results page, the setup guide, and the risk disclosure. Practice on a simulated account first. We do not guarantee profits, and a losing period is not grounds for a refund.
When we will make it right
If you were charged twice, the file you received is broken or cannot be installed after we have tried to help you, or you could not get access to the download, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer. A dispute suspends your license and access to updates while it is reviewed.
