What KRATOZ.ai collects, why, and how we protect it. We keep this short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you create an account we store your name and email address. License activation stores a Machine ID, signed key and activation date; bot check-ins record last contact and bot version. Affiliate applications store promotion channels, application details and your chosen payout information. Affiliates can see referred members by first name and last initial, membership status and commissions; customer emails stay private. When you buy, your license record stores the payment status, payment identifiers, and amount of your transaction. When you sign in we keep a secure session so the account page works. We also store your language choice in your browser.
What we do not collect
We never ask for or store your brokerage login, trading credentials, API keys, or account numbers. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles for resale. We do not collect anything about your trading activity.
Payments
Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We see only the payment status and identifiers Stripe sends us; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use your data
Your email is used for account verification, password resets, security, membership fulfillment, support and affiliate-program messages. Device and referral information are used to enforce your license and attribute commissions. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Service providers
A small number of providers help run the site: our hosting and database, Stripe for payments, and email delivery for account messages. They process data only to provide those services. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
We use account-session storage, your language preference and an affiliate referral cookie (normally 60 days) to attribute purchases. Referral click records can include landing page, campaign tags and a hashed IP address. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and license records while your license is active and for as long as needed to meet payment and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; license records tied to payments may be kept as required by law.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, correct your name or email, or ask us to delete your account. Email sales@kratoz.ai for support, privacy requests or account deletion.
Security
Access to account data is restricted and encrypted in transit. If something ever goes wrong, we will notify affected users directly.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change, and the date at the top of this page moves with it.
