Affiliate terms
The operating rules for promoting KRATOZ responsibly.
PARTNER_TERMS / 01Eligibility
The program is open only to applicants we approve. Normally you need an active, paid live KRATOZ membership; the team may explicitly approve complimentary partners. Genuine founding members retain their founding subscription rate while active. Other affiliates qualify for $75/month during their first 60 days after approval or while they have an active paid referred member; otherwise $99 applies from the next renewal, with no mid-cycle proration. We may approve, reject, suspend or end any affiliate account at our discretion.
Commission
You earn the commission rate shown in your dashboard (20% by default) of the first payment actually made on each KRATOZ membership started through your link — for example $15 on a $75 founding membership or $19.80 on a $99 membership, excluding taxes and fees. You also earn the recurring rate shown in your dashboard (10% by default) on each settled monthly renewal while the referred membership and your affiliate account remain eligible. Approved commissions are paid manually after the hold; refunds reduce unpaid commission and paid reversals are deducted from future payouts.
Tracking
Referrals are tracked with a cookie that lasts 60 days. If a buyer clicks more than one affiliate link, the most recent one gets credit. After a referral has been attached to a signed-in account, that first stored referral stays tied to the account and takes priority over later clicks. Changing your code preserves earlier shared links.
Hold period and reversals
Commissions are pending for 30 days. If the sale is refunded, charged back or disputed, the commission is reversed, including after payout, and may be deducted from future earnings.
Payouts
Approved commissions are paid electronically (PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, Zelle or another agreed method) to the details you provide. You are responsible for accurate payout details and for your own taxes.
Prohibited promotion
You must not: claim or imply profits, returns, win rates or guaranteed results; present simulated results as live; bid on 'KRATOZ' or similar terms in paid search; send spam; buy through your own link; or say that KRATOZ connects to or trades anyone's brokerage account.
Required disclosures
You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, and include a risk warning that futures trading involves substantial risk of loss.
Brand use
You may use the KRATOZ name and approved assets only to promote the product, and must not change the logo.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms or the commission rate with notice. Commissions earned in breach of these terms are forfeited.
